POSITION SUMMARY:

To build on this team, we are searching for a Logistics Coordinator. This role will work with other team members to perform tasks associated with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound products as needed to support engineering & machine build operations. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of receiving transactions, product allocation and labeling, inventory transactions, and paperwork reconciliation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support internal teams by providing timely outbound, inbound, and receiving transactions

· Organized work area

· Daily Hi-Lo Driving for loading, unloading, and moving product internally

· Accurate and consistent product labeling

· Maintain and update purchasing and inventory records as needed

· Complete tasks with high attention to detail

· Collaborate interdepartmentally to resolve inventory related issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Shipping & Receiving Experience (3-5 years preferred)

· High school diploma or equivalent certification (Vocational education preferred)

· Valid driver’s license

· HI-Lo trainable

· Attention to detail for receiving and paperwork accuracy

· Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Ability to keep steady pace while performing daily tasks

· Maintain punctuality in all aspects of work

· Work as part of a team or independently with direction from the Logistics and Operations Manager
